Happy Friday, everyone! Another week has come and gone. Time to enjoy the weekend! We featured the white and black dragon rolls, so now, we're featuring the red dragon roll. It's basically an improved version of the shrimp tempura rolls, with a spicy tuna on top. And then we dress it with some masago, green onions, and a spicy mayo. No need to dip this one in soy sauce. It's got plenty of flavor going on! Come on in during this beautiful weekend in the OC!
