We really shouldn't have to say much about this beauty. Just look at it. Absolutely beautiful. The fattiest and most delicious part of our Bluefin Tuna is the most desired and you can easily see why. You can see the beautiful fatty lines running all across these pieces of sashimi. Of course, this is in very limited supply so you better hurry up and come on in and get it while we still have it. Of course, our regular Bluefin Tuna Sashimi isn't bad either so that's always an option if we're out of Toro.
Did you know that you can come in and just get a lineup of sushi just like this? Take a seat at our sushi bar and interact with our sushi chefs The more they know about what you like, the more they'll be able to create a custom lineup with your preferences. Otherwise, you can just tell them how many pieces of sushi you'd like and they'll take care of the rest. It's another way we do "omakase." or Chef's Choice. Makes the decision process so much easier for everyone.
It's official! We've added another unique sushi roll to our already extensive list of sushi rolls. Our Superman Roll has been floating around amongst our regulars for some time now so we've decided to make it a regular part of our menu. First of all, it features no rice, a very common request from our patrons. It's tuna, salmon, and imitation crab in the center and wrapped with a soy paper and then dressed with fried garlic, green onions, ponzu sauce, and our eel sauce. If you can't tell, this sushi roll is extremely tasty.
A Chirashi Bowl is all you need for a complete meal that features plenty of fish and flavor! Fresh sushi, all in a bowl. Is there anything better? Well, there is but you can't fit that into a bowl. We've tried. Come on in for lunch, happy hour, or dinner, sushi lovers! Our Chirashi Bowl features 2 pieces of tuna, 2 of yellowtail, 2 of salmon, 2 of albacore, 2 of red snapper, 2 shrimp, and a piece of tamago for good measure. Oh, and on the bottom of the bowl is a bed of rice that you can choose to eat if you'd like, depending on if you're watching your carb intake.
