If you're in the mood for Oyster Shooters, swing on by! Our sushi chefs love to serve them up to you. Sometimes, they'll use shot glasses. Other times, they'll use a wine glass. We take a freshly shucked oyster, throw it in a glass with ponzu, masago, sake, green onions, and a few other secret ingredients. And if you'd like, you can always squeeze some more lemon juice and/or add some tabasco to kick it up another level of heat and flavor.
We don't hold back when we give you a serving of Ikura. That's how much we love it and that's how much we know you'll love it. For those that don't know, Ikura is salmon roe. It has a very distinct taste, like a nice sharp salty flavor. The best part is when they burst in your mouth as you're eating them. Our Baked Mussels always hit the spot because they're so simple and so full of flavor. We take some mussels, top it with our special Japanese aioli, bake them, and then top them with some masago and green onions. We always get an order or two or three every time we sit down for a meal at Sushi World. It's good to have a mixture of some cooked items with your sushi so this is always a great choice.
Happy Friday, everyone! Another week has come and gone. Time to enjoy the weekend! We featured the white and black dragon rolls, so now, we're featuring the red dragon roll. It's basically an improved version of the shrimp tempura rolls, with a spicy tuna on top. And then we dress it with some masago, green onions, and a spicy mayo. No need to dip this one in soy sauce.
