Do you like a lot of tuna in your sushi roll? If so, you should really try out our Black Dragon Roll. It features a spicy tuna center, along with cucumber and avocado, and then it is topped with a peppered tuna. On top of that is a slice of serrano pepper, red onions, and a ponzu sauce. Absolutely delicious and full of flavor, from the tuna, to the serrano pepper, to the ponzu sauce, all of the flavors complement one another nicely. Have a nice weekend, everyone!

We always need to pay our respects to our flagship sushi roll, Cypress, named after the great city where we reside. It's so beautiful and yet, so delicious. Center consisting of shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber and it's topped with snow crab, strawberries, and a sweet sauce. If you order this roll and a few orders of sushi, you're pretty much set. We assure, you will be full and satisfied. Not a lot of places willing to give you that kind of assurances.

Once a soft shell crab is battered and deep fried, it kinda resembles a spider. That's how it got its name. The "spider" in this roll is a soft shell crab, fried to perfection and then rolled with cucumber, avocado, gobo, and some radish. We also dress the plate with a little sweet sauce. It's a pretty standard roll everywhere you go and safe to get since it has no raw fish. Yep, some of our customers only order sushi rolls without any raw fish so this is a usual favorite for them.

You get 8 little tiny volcanoes with this roll. They'll surely erupt in your mouth! They consist of a center of spicy tuna roll with cucumbers, and then topped with a tempura rock shrimp and a basil oil is lightly dressed over the entire roll. Little, tiny bite-sized morsels of goodness! Get it today! Get it tomorrow! We don't care, just get it!

Have you tried our Salmon Carpaccio? If you haven't, you need to! It's light, delicious, and a great way to start out a dining out session at your favorite sushi joint in Orange County, Sushi World! We don't put our truffle oil on everything but when we do, it's spectacular! It goes extremely well with salmon. If you order this, it'll look like you know what you're doing. If you've never tried Uni (sea urchin), you're missing out. It's so deliciously rich and flavorful. It's decadent. It's hard for some people to get over the texture or the appearance but it's definitely worth it. But be careful, you will get hooked once you really enjoy it. Come on by and try it out. Our sushi chefs will walk you through it. If you already love uni, then you know what we're talking about. Just drool over this picture cause it's a good one.

Yes, our sushi talks. And it's saying, "Eat me." That could be taken so many different ways. It used to be regarded as a taunt to tell someone off. It could also be taken sexually (we know that's what you were thinking). But it could also be a very simple statement for you to come into our sushi restaurant and enjoy some excellent sushi prepared by our awesome chefs on a chill Friday like today. By the way, yes, that photo is actual sushi served in our restaurant. We don't have any fancy spokesperson. We don't have any fancy supermodels. We're as real as it gets.

Initially, when I wrote this, it was supposed to be a simple line. Playing on Mae West's, "Why don't you come up some time and see me?" Yes, I'm old. So the "sashimi" is supposed to sound like "see me." So it was, "Why don't you come & sashimi some time?" But then, I thought, if we're going to put the "sa" in front of the verb, might as well do it for the "come" too. So then it became, "sa-come" which kinda sounds like, "succumb." Wow, this became a lot more complicated than I initially planned for it. Any way, just come and have some delicious, expertly-prepared sashimi with us.

Is anyone still following the World Cup? Well, the finals are today. Argentina versus Germany. Who you got? Does it matter? As long as you get some sushi today, it's all good. Game starts at noon and coincidentally, that's when we open. Stay for happy hour, which starts at 2pm. It ends at 5pm. What the heck? You might as well stay for dinner, too. We'll find something on tv for you to watch. If not, you can always watch our talented sushi chefs. Bring in a soccer ball and you'll see what we mean.

Good question! We've got the answer right here in our simple diagram. It's not your typical sushi roll as it is plated much differently from our usual rolls. The pieces of the roll are placed into a circle on a plate and then we pile fried arugula on top. The roll itself consists of albacore, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp tempura and then it is topped with a sweet sauce and garlic chips. So delicious! Definitely a favorite amongst our regulars.
