If you've never tried Uni (sea urchin), you're missing out. It's so deliciously rich and flavorful. It's decadent. It's hard for some people to get over the texture or the appearance but it's definitely worth it. But be careful, you will get hooked once you really enjoy it. Come on by and try it out.
