If you prefer, we can make any sushi roll with a sesame wrapper (or paper) instead of the usual seaweed wrapper. It's really a preference of choice. You might find that you like certain hand rolls with one wrapper over the other. We really don't mind. Just let our sushi chefs know and they'll gladly make the adjustment. In this picture, you'll see our Salmon Skin Hand Roll with the Sesame Wrapper. It's only $4 during our Happy Hour which is all day on Mondays and Tuesdays and on all other weekdays from 2pm till 5pm.
