Our talented sushi chefs can make anything you'd like into a sushi hand roll. They are very creative. And, they like the challenge. We, of course, have the classics, like spicy tuna, salmon skin, and spicy scallops. But we also have a vegetarian hand roll, called the avocado roll (don't knock it till you tried it). There's been a movement of trying to change the name to hand cones but we're not falling for that. They're called hand rolls, cause you eat them with your hands. And that's that.
