If you prefer, we can make any sushi roll with a sesame wrapper (or paper) instead of the usual seaweed wrapper. It's really a preference of choice. You might find that you like certain hand rolls with one wrapper over the other. We really don't mind. Just let our sushi chefs know and they'll gladly make the adjustment. In this picture, you'll see our Salmon Skin Hand Roll with the Sesame Wrapper. It's only $3 during our Happy Hour which is all day on Mondays and Tuesdays and on all other weekdays from 2pm till 5pm.
Salmon Skin Hand Roll
Our talented sushi chefs can make anything you'd like into a sushi hand roll. They are very creative. And, they like the challenge. We, of course, have the classics, like spicy tuna, salmon skin, and spicy scallops. But we also have a vegetarian hand roll, called the avocado roll (don't knock it till you tried it). There's been a movement of trying to change the name to hand cones but we're not falling for that. They're called hand rolls, cause you eat them with your hands. And that's that.
