One of the most popular sakes out there right now is Kikusui Junmai Ginjo. It's brewed with rice, water, and yeast out of Niigata-ken and is considered a dry sake. It's also called, "Chrysanthemum Water." We have heard from several customers that they notice hints of cantaloupe with a slight banana aroma in this sake Or maybe, you might taste something different? If so, we'd love to hear about it!
