Our Spicy Scallop Hand Roll is simple yet bursting with flavors. We take a big serving of scallops, mix it with our special creamy sauce that includes masago, and then wrap it in seaweed with a slice of cucumber. Pictured here is an alternative you may have if you prefer soy paper over seaweed. We can make any hand roll with either seaweed or soy paper. Both ways are delicious so it's just a matter of preference. You also can get a whole spicy scallop cut roll, if that's what you prefer.

A favorite roll from many of our regulars is our Baked Blue Crab Rolls. We make the baked blue crab with garlic aioli fresh in house so you know it's gotta be good! It's accompanied by a little bit of rice and then wrapped in a sesame soy paper. You can always ask for it wrapped in seaweed but we believe it tastes better wrapped in the soy paper. You can also get it as a hand roll if you want it all for yourself. And, there's no raw fish so it's definitely sushi-virgin friendly. We love virgins.

It's official! We've added another unique sushi roll to our already extensive list of sushi rolls. Our Superman Roll has been floating around amongst our regulars for some time now so we've decided to make it a regular part of our menu. First of all, it features no rice, a very common request from our patrons. It's tuna, salmon, and imitation crab in the center and wrapped with a soy paper and then dressed with fried garlic, green onions, ponzu sauce, and our eel sauce. If you can't tell, this sushi roll is extremely tasty.

Yay! It's finally raining again in Orange County! While we can't expect to get any snow anytime soon, we figured getting a Snowman Roll is just as good. The center consists of shrimp tempura, snow crab mix, avocado, and cucumber and then it's all wrapped up in a delicious soy paper with black sesame seeds on it. And to finish it off, we lightly dress it with a sweet sauce. Why did we name it the Snowman Roll? If you use your imagination, it's a Snowman cut up into delicious pieces that you can eat. Some assembly required.

Even if it is the summer, you still can get some snow. Get our Snowman Roll! We'd like to remind you a little bit about winter with our Snowman Roll. There's nothing cold or wintery about it, though. It's called the Snowman Roll because it's has a snow crab mix in the middle of it. Also has a shrimp tempura in the middle with a soy paper on the outside. It's actually good any time of the year and with any type of sushi eater, especially sushi virgins who still can't eat raw fish. Because there isn't any in this roll.

Take, for instance, our Baked Blue Crab Hand Roll, which is also available in a a regular cut roll if you wish. It consists of a baked blue crab mixture that consists of garlic aioli and then it's wrapped in soy paper. The mixture is made completely from scratch and is absolutely delicious. No need to dip it in any sauce because it has all the flavors that will make your mouth happy.
