It's called the Three Amigos Roll because it's comprised of 3 different "friends" that go very well together in a sushi roll. The center consist of a spicy scallop roll, and then it's topped with tuna and albacore. Three great friends. For good measure, we dress it with a bit of poke sauce. It's a favorite roll among some of our regulars. And you don't need 2 other friends to eat it. You can have it all by yourself.
