Whenever you order a sushi roll, you never really know how many pieces you will have. Often times, you will end up with an uneven number of pieces that don't match the number of people in your party. What to do when you get down to the last piece and you all have eaten the same amount? Who's the bigger pig? Who needs it more? Who's paying the bill? If that's the case, just order another roll. And another. Up until everyone is too full to eat anymore or you finally come down to every one eating the same exact amounts. Get a Cypress Roll.

It's been a minute since we've posted about one of our sushi rolls. Let's get back on track with our signature roll, our Cypress Roll! It's center consists of shrimp tempura, cucumber, and avocado. It's topped with our snow crab mix, strawberries, and a sweet sauce. So, as you can tell, it has not raw fish in it so it's very sushi-virgin safe. Despite that, it is still very delicious and tasty. We wouldn't name it after the city we're in for nothing. It's been a minute. That's really a weird new expression these kids have come up with nowadays.

Although caterpillars might be a delicacy in some countries, they're definitely not included in our Caterpillar Rolls. A Caterpillar Roll is a very popular and common roll. It's a safe "go-to" roll, especially since it doesn't have any raw fish in it. It's great for kids and for non-sushi lovers. Our version is very simple and consists of baked eel (unagi) in the center and topped with fresh slices of avocado on top, which is what lends to its name. Top it off with a sweet sauce and you have a basic roll that will surely please everyone.

Once a soft shell crab is battered and deep fried, it kinda resembles a spider. That's how it got its name. The "spider" in this roll is a soft shell crab, fried to perfection and then rolled with cucumber, avocado, gobo, and some radish. We also dress the plate with a little sweet sauce. It's a pretty standard roll everywhere you go and safe to get since it has no raw fish. Yep, some of our customers only order sushi rolls without any raw fish so this is a usual favorite for them.
