Three staples that we almost always have in stock are our Yellowtail, Salmon, and Albacore. They're kinda the basics when it comes to nigiri sushi. Our Yellowtail comes from Japan, while our Salmon and Albacore are locally sourced. There are plenty of other items you'll have to come on in and try out.
