Yep, we have an Atlantic Dragon Roll but not Pacific Dragon Roll. Seems kinda odd, considering we're right next to the Pacific. Do dragons not exist in the Pacific? Must be so. Anyway, our Atlantic Dragon Roll features a center of salmon, cucumber, and avocado. It's topped with peppered salmon, a slice of serrano pepper, red onions, and then lightly dressed with a ponzu sauce. If you like salmon, this is the roll for you. You get it on the inside and out!
