Don't be jelly of all of our appetizers! We have many traditional appetizers but we also have a few that we have concocted from various items from the sea, like this here Jellyfish Salad. It has a very unique taste and texture so if you're feeling adventurous, give it a try! It's good to mix it up every now and then with something completely different. We definitely enjoy this appetizer with some beer and/or sake. We call it a salad but it's hardly a salad in terms of greens.
