What a beautiful winter we're having here in Orange County! Chilly at night but nice and sunny during the day. Typical fall in Southern California. If you tried a lot of our traditional sushi rolls, you might want to try our Anaheim Chili Tempura Roll. It's got a center made up of smoked salmon, avocado, and rice. It's all inside an Anaheim Chili, battered and then deep fried. Topped with a sweet sauce. Not your traditional sushi roll at all. But extremely delicious!
