Yes, it's almost that time again. Super Bowl Sunday! And it's time for us to celebrate all the awesome sushi bowls we have. Starting with our Unagi Bowl. It's baked eel with gobo, cucumber, avocado and tamago (eggs). Quite delicious and quite fulfilling, like all of our other bowls. If you want something simple, that's the route to go.
