Truffle Salmon Carpaccio

You want to lose weight and cut down on carbs. Gotta look sexy for the beach, Halloween costume, reunion, jealous ex. That doesn't mean you can't still come by and enjoy our restaurant. We have many, many low-carb or no-carb options. We even have brown rice, if you so desire. A low-carb (possibly no-carb) favorite is our Salmon Carpaccio. So delicious on so many levels, your taste buds won't be sure how to react. Just tell them to calm the hell down and just enjoy it. It tastes good and it won't break your diet.
