Once a soft shell crab is battered and deep fried, it kinda resembles a spider. That's how it got its name. The "spider" in this roll is a soft shell crab, fried to perfection and then rolled with cucumber, avocado, gobo, and some radish. We also dress the plate with a little sweet sauce. It's a pretty standard roll everywhere you go and safe to get since it has no raw fish. Yep, some of our customers only order sushi rolls without any raw fish so this is a usual favorite for them.
