Jumbo Scallop is usually on the Specials Board at Sushi World and we've featured the sushi version before. Now, we want to show you what our Jumbo Scallop Sashimi looks like because it's one of our favorite items to get. The taste and texture is similar but still very different from fish sashimi. There's a bit of firmness to it and they're usually a bit more wet. We serve it with some salt and that's pretty much all you need to enjoy these little bad boys
We don't stick our rice in everything. We have awesome dishes that are pretty much no carbs! Pictured is our Salmon Carpaccio and our super duper popular Jalapeno Yellowtail. Both are delicious and super satisfying, especially if you enjoy great quality sushi but don't want all the rice. We know that living in Southern California, we're all a bit carb-conscious so these two items most definitely fits our lifestyle here. Also, these are both great dishes to get on a date. Bonus!

Yep, we're in June already. How's the beach body coming along? We thought so. Luckily for you, we have some no carb options for ya. Two of our favorite items on the menu are Salmon Carpaccio and Jalapeno Yellowtail. As you can see, both clearly have no rice in them but are definitely full of flavor. Our Salmon Carpaccio consists of salmon sashimi slices and dressed with our own ponzu sauce with sesame seeds, green onions, and red onions.
