An absolute favorite amongst our regulars is our Albacore Carpaccio. While the delicious slices of albacore are hidden underneath an avalanche of friend arugula, it's also accented with a ponzu sauce and garlic chips. It has a little bit of everything that makes it great as an appetizer or as a main dish during your meal. The fried arugula has a nice crispy crunch to it but couple it with the tenderness of the albacore will make it every bite an absolute joy in your mouth. It's been a minute since we've posted anything about our fabulously popular Jungle Fever Roll. Consisting of a center of shrimp tempura, cucumber, and avocado, it's topped with fresh albacore and garlic chips. Then on top of that, we put a pile of freshly fried arugula. We dress the plate with a little sweet sauce around it. All the flavors work well together and you will order it again. That's what happens when you get the good ole Jungle Fever. There's no cure.

Good question! We've got the answer right here in our simple diagram. It's not your typical sushi roll as it is plated much differently from our usual rolls. The pieces of the roll are placed into a circle on a plate and then we pile fried arugula on top. The roll itself consists of albacore, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp tempura and then it is topped with a sweet sauce and garlic chips. So delicious! Definitely a favorite amongst our regulars.
