This Bluefin Tuna came in because we needed it and they were biting! 175lb is a nice sized fish so we'll take these all day. It had decent Toro, which we love shooting because we get to eat it. We scraped the bones afterwards and then served the spinal columns to our few lucky, loyal customers who come in the day of the cutting.
