This Bluefin Tuna was from Baja Mexico and weighed in at 150lbs. As usual, we cut up the slabs and then scrape the bones. And then we chop up the spinal column and drink the spinal fluid followed by some sake.
This Bluefin Tuna was from Baja Mexico and weighed in at 135lbs. It was a last minute acquisition so we didn't have time to setup our usual camera setup. We made do with the footage that was shot. What's most important is that the Bluefin Tuna was beautiful with nice, juicy, Toro.

The only item we could suggest to help celebrate the holiday is our Hawaiian Tacos! It's our freshly made to order Hawaiian Poke (Tuna, Albacore, Seaweed, Avocado, Masago, and Green Onions) on a chip. Goes down well with our Sake Margarita. Just kidding. We don't have a drink like that so don't ask for it.
Mom deserves a sushi platter for Mother's Day! You can get a platter of our best stuff, like the pictured Belly Platter which features Bluefin Toro, Salmon Belly, and Yellowtail Belly. ring her on by any day of the weekend and spoil her. It's what she wants. And if you're on a budget, just bring her by on Monday or Tuesday after when we have Happy Hour all day on both days. Moms love us regardless. She doesn't mind.
