If you want to move on from sushi basics, try out our Spanish Mackerel (Aji). Just to give you a heads up, it can be fishy if you're not accustomed to it. It's very distinctive as it usually comes with a bit of shiny skin, which is due to the healthy amounts of fish oil in it.
Thanks to our recent 200+ lb catch, Bluefin TunaPalooza is back! Come get some fresh Bluefin Tuna Tartare! Topped with Avocado, Ikura, and Tobiko, it also comes with some seaweed strips, seaweed salad, and some bomb dot com sauce. We have several Bluefin specials like our Spicy Bluefin Tuna Roll & Handroll as well as a Spicy Bluefin Tuna Nigiri with a Quail Egg on top. But you can also just get Bluefin Tuna or Toro Nigiri or Sashimi.
