It's official! We've added another unique sushi roll to our already extensive list of sushi rolls. Our Superman Roll has been floating around amongst our regulars for some time now so we've decided to make it a regular part of our menu. First of all, it features no rice, a very common request from our patrons. It's tuna, salmon, and imitation crab in the center and wrapped with a soy paper and then dressed with fried garlic, green onions, ponzu sauce, and our eel sauce. If you can't tell, this sushi roll is extremely tasty.
Unagi is eel baked in a sweet soy sauce. For some who are still wary of eating raw fish, we have this bowl to fulfill your needs. It's quite simple and consists of generous portions of Unagi, Tamago (Japanese egg cake), vegetables, and of course, rice on the bottom. It's a simple, ideal lunch that will truly fill you up. It's full of flavor and perfect for lunch but you can also have it for dinner. Many who especially enjoy Unagi sushi will absolutely love this bowl.

We understand that sometimes, you want a specific sake for your particular sushi experience. That's why we always have an extensive list of sake to choose from. We have lighter ones. We have drier ones. And we also have ones with a slight fruity taste. Ask our servers what they recommend if you do not know what to select. And, if you're unsure about a new sake, see if we have a smaller bottle like the ones pictured. They're great to try out for the first time or to drink by yourself. And they also make your hands look big.
