Did you know that you can come in and just get a lineup of sushi just like this? Take a seat at our sushi bar and interact with our sushi chefs The more they know about what you like, the more they'll be able to create a custom lineup with your preferences. Otherwise, you can just tell them how many pieces of sushi you'd like and they'll take care of the rest. It's another way we do "omakase." or Chef's Choice. Makes the decision process so much easier for everyone.
It's official! We've added another unique sushi roll to our already extensive list of sushi rolls. Our Superman Roll has been floating around amongst our regulars for some time now so we've decided to make it a regular part of our menu. First of all, it features no rice, a very common request from our patrons. It's tuna, salmon, and imitation crab in the center and wrapped with a soy paper and then dressed with fried garlic, green onions, ponzu sauce, and our eel sauce. If you can't tell, this sushi roll is extremely tasty.
We have quite an extensive menu and an item that has been humbly on there forever is our Agedashi Tofu. It's a very simple Japanese dish consisting of lightly battered and fried tofu cubes in a dashi sauce. A little green onion on top and that's about it. Very simple yet tasty. It's a great appetizer to get in between all that sushi you're eating while at Sushi World. Next time you swing by, be sure to look at our whole menu to see if there might be something else you enjoy. If not, always stick to your favorites. And also always check our Specials Board.
A favorite roll from many of our regulars is our Baked Blue Crab Rolls. We make the baked blue crab with garlic aioli fresh in house so you know it's gotta be good! It's accompanied by a little bit of rice and then wrapped in a sesame soy paper. You can always ask for it wrapped in seaweed but we believe it tastes better wrapped in the soy paper. You can also get it as a hand roll if you want it all for yourself. And, there's no raw fish so it's definitely sushi-virgin friendly. We love virgins.
Summer is here in the OC. If you're like most carb-conscious people in Orange County, you're looking to cut down on the carbs so that you can have that beach/pool party body. Our Jalapeno Yellowtail is precisely what you're looking for. It's essentially carb-free and is flavorful as heck. It's light, tasty, and the women love it. If she doesn't like it, then maybe your mom was right and she's not the one. Besides, once you lose those extra pounds, you'll surely find something better.
If you love salmon, you're going to really love Sushi World's Atlantic Dragon Roll. It's center consists of salmon and it's topped with a peppered salmon. Salmon overload? We think not. The center also has the traditional sushi center of avocado and cucumber and then the whole roll is also topped with shredded red onions and a slice of serrano pepper on each piece of sushi. And then, it's lightly dressed with a ponzu sauce. So simple, yet oh so deliciously filling and appetizing.
Currently on the Sushi World Specials Board: Truffle Escolar. Yes, it's a very unimaginative name but it does the job. Features sashimi slices of buttery Escolar dressed in Truffle Oil and garnished with orange slices. Looks fresh and inviting and tastes even better than it looks. We know it's summertime so y'all are looking for that summer bod. Well, this no carb dish should definitely be an option for you as it's packed with flavor and none of the guilt.
It's the summer! Our Hawaiian Tuna Poke is a perfect, healthy serving of yumminess consisting of tuna, albacore, avocado, gobo, marinated seaweed, and an awesome poke dressing. Great to share or to eat all by your selfish self. No need to dip it anything. It is ready to go as is. It'a great starter, a middle appetizer, or even as a dessert. Your choice!
