Our sushi chefs are always coming up with new items so it's imperative that you always check our specials board for what they might create this week. Our Sushi Burrito is our latest attempt to try something new. It features an assortment of fish (tuna, salmon, albacore), avocado, masago, red onions, and snow crab mix all wrapped up in a soy paper. Yep. No rice is involved and it's quite tasty and easy to eat. Just pick it up and put it in your mouth. You can dip it if you'd like but trust us when we say there's enough flavor in this burrito that you don't need to dip it.

If you partook in last week's Sushi & Sake Tasting, you would have noticed our newest addition to our sake menu, Kubota Suiju Daiginjo Nama. Yeah, that's a mouth full. If you like unpasteurized sakes (nama), then you should really try this sake out. It's rare to have a Daiginjo as a Nama. This one is clear with an elegant, fruity aroma Like all unpasteurized sakes, it is served chilled. A bottle of this will regularly be $125. But for the rest of April 2018, we will offer it at only $75. We want you to really see how great this tastes with our sushi.

During our Happy Hour, you can get 2 pieces of Fried Aji for $3.99. Fried Aji is a Japanese Mackerel, breaded and fried to perfection. We serve it with a side of ponzu sauce if you'd like to dip it. What's nice about our Fried Aji is that they come with a little handle, their tails! You can hold on to them and just take a bite. There are no bones so you don't have to worry about that. This items along with 7 other appetizers are all on our Happy Hour menu for $3.99 which is all day on Mondays & Tuesdays and on all other weekdays from 2pm till 5pm.

Sushi World will hold this year's Sushi & Sake Tasting on Wednesday, April 18th. For those who register online and show up for the tasting event, you will be eligible to win a 1.8L bottle of Kikusui to enjoy at Sushi World either that night or on a subsequent visit. For the tasting, we will have 2 options: 1) $15 for 3 premium sakes paired with 3 pieces of sushi (bluefin tuna, red snapper) or 2) $30 for 3 top-shelf sakes with 3 pieces of sushi (uni, amaebi, toro). You can get both if you so desired. And of course, our entire menu will be open to you.

Just joking people. All sushi matters. But we really do love these in particular. They just happen to be white. It's not our fault. They just happen to be exceptionally delicious. From left to right, they are Red Snapper, Yellowtail Belly, Albacore Belly, and Jumbo Scallop. We are working on the details of our annual sake tasting right now as we hope to have some sake companies come out to represent themselves. Tentatively, it will be on Wednesday, April 18th.
