Our Sunomono Cucumber Salad is so simple yet so satisfying. Get it to balance out your sushi meal, especially if you don't like the traditional salad. It's one of our favorite appetizers to get no matter what.
What's in our Volcano Roll? It's a spicy tuna roll topped with tempura rock shrimp and dressed with a basil oil. We don't use basil oil very often but we find that it complements the tempura rock shrimp very well. This is definitely not your typical basic sushi roll. It's got some different flavors and textures going that are not found in traditional sushi rolls. Why is it called a Volcano Roll? Because it's erupting with flavors and they all kinda look like a group of volcano islands sushi bites. Yeah, that's the best description for them. Volcano islands sushi bites.
We are nothing without our sushi chefs! They are all hard-working, talented, and eager to please all of our customers. They don't hide behind in the kitchen. They're out, front and center, for all who enter our restaurant. So you get to see who is preparing your food and you can actually see them prepare your food right in front of you. It's always on our Happy Hour menu and it's often overlooked. Our Salmon Skin Salad is a great complement to any meal with us. And during Happy Hour, it's only $3.99. Happy Hour is all day on Mondays and Tuesdays and on all other days from 2pm till 5pm. Our Salmon Skin Salad comes with a nice combination of mixed greens along with strips of crispy salmon skin and then dressed with a ponzu based dressing. It's quite tasty and light, and goes well with fish and rice, if you know what we mean.

Yep, we have an Atlantic Dragon Roll but not Pacific Dragon Roll. Seems kinda odd, considering we're right next to the Pacific. Do dragons not exist in the Pacific? Must be so. Anyway, our Atlantic Dragon Roll features a center of salmon, cucumber, and avocado. It's topped with peppered salmon, a slice of serrano pepper, red onions, and then lightly dressed with a ponzu sauce. If you like salmon, this is the roll for you. You get it on the inside and out! We don't hold back when we give you a serving of Ikura. That's how much we love it and that's how much we know you'll love it. For those that don't know, Ikura is salmon roe. It has a very distinct taste, like a nice sharp salty flavor. The best part is when they burst in your mouth as you're eating them.
