We didn't want to like this roll but we do. In fact, we love this hand roll. Smoked Albacore Hand Rolls are absolutely delicious. We always thought smoked albacore is kinda like cheating. We love presenting to our customers raw fishes in unique styles and presentations. Smoked Albacore was just too easy. But we ended up putting it on the menu because our customers love it. And now, we love it as well. As pure sushi enthusiasts, this is one of our delightfully delicious guilty pleasures.
