Ok, I'm taking one star off because of how they serve/refill the tea. With tea, I think the best thing to do, is to serve it in small teapots (individual is not necessary if there's more than one person). What they do now is, they take your cup away, and then bring you back the "same" cup refilled with tea. Or, is it the same? I don't know. They took my cup and my guest's cup at the same time. I don't know whose cup I really got back. There's no way to be sure. So, if you're a germa-phobe, don't get a refill.
