- choice of Ankimo Sashimi (Japanese foie gras) or Typhoon (tempura seaweed, spicy tuna, avocado, green onions, masago)

- choice of Cypress Roll or Cherry Blossom (ground toro, shiso leaf, radish sprout, yama gobo, rice paper, garlic ponzu)

- Truffle Salmon Carpaccio

- Sushi (2 pieces each of red snapper, salmon, tuna, yellowtail)

- Filet Mignon (beef steak, sweet balsamic sauce, mushroom, mashed potatoes)
