This was a big one! This 250lb Bluefin Tuna came in from a local fisherman here in Southern California. It was a tad too big for our little cutting station. We need a bigger table! We scraped the bones afterwards and then served the spinal columns to our few lucky, loyal customers who come in the day of the cutting.
